Several fire departments worked through the night to extinguish a 200 acre wildfire in southern Carroll County, Arkansas.

The Carroll County News reports the fire started around 1 o’clock Wednesday afternoon near Highway 412, nine miles south of Alpena. 

No injuries were reported as of last night, when the fire was reported to be largely contained but not quite under control.
